ABOUT US
Since 1978, Diversified Golf Cars, Inc. has paved the way for the specialty vehicle industry. Many of the products which have become commonplace in the field have originated at our facility in Orlando, Florida. Our vehicles can be found all over the globe at countless resorts and hotels, schools, universities, churches, theme parks, zoos, military and government complexes, etc.
With our entire product line being manufactured in house we are able to give you incomparable prices and complete customer service. Further still, we can work with you directly to customize nearly all of our vehicles to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. We can tailor fit vehicles for your specific needs and no job is too big nor too small.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All custom and specialty vehicles carry a complete one-year limited warranty. All custom accessories (ball cages, cargo boxes, etc.) carry a 60-day limited warranty. All parts/accessories (not manufactured by Diversified Golf Cars, Inc.) are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty, if existing. Warranty covers defects in vehicle performance and original condition (paint, wear, etc.). Any damages and/or defects caused as the result of user error and/or misuse are not covered under warranty
SHIPPING INFORMATION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All vehicle orders will be shipped Freight Collect (FOB Orlando, FL) via cheapest option. Parts and accessories will be shipped via UPS (if possible) and billed to the customer. Special shipment arrangements may be made on a per order basis. International shipments are available.
In the event of any damages, make it known to the carrier prior to accepting the shipment and be sure to have it noted on the bill of lading. Failure to do so will prevent us from being able to file a claim for the damages. Any shipment errors/shortages must be reported within five days of the receipt of the purchase in order to be corrected.
